Orders are processed within 2–5 days, with estimated delivery times of 3 business days to the UK, though shipping may take longer during holidays.

If there's a qualtiy issue such as defective stitching, or a misprint that fades after the first wash, just send us a photo, and we’ll sort it.

If your item has a vinegar smell or an off-white residue, don’t worry—that’s just the printing fixation agent. It'll wash out after the first rinse.

Depending on your country's laws, your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. TONKI does not control or cover these additional costs.
